Getting Started with iiSocialmedia

This guide covers the first steps after your iiSocialmedia workspace is provisioned.
1. Connect your channels
Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and authorize each social channel you want to publish to.
2. Set up an approval workflow
Under Settings → Approvals, define who reviews drafts before they go live — useful for agencies publishing on behalf of clients.
3. Schedule your first post
Use the composer to draft a post, choose which connected channels it goes to, and either publish immediately or schedule it on the calendar.
4. Invite your team
Add teammates and clients under Settings → Users, scoping client logins to review/approve-only access.
