Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how iiDevs, operated by llwso.com ("iiDevs," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit iidevs.com (this "Site") or otherwise interact with us — for example, by submitting our contact form. It's written to describe what this website actually does, not a generic template, so it changes when the Site's data practices change.

We are based in the Philippines and process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law, the relevant sections below describe your rights under that law as well.

1. Who we are

iiDevs is a custom software development company operated by llwso.com, based at Elizabeth Place, 332 H.V. Dela Costa St., Makati, Philippines. For the purposes of this Policy, iiDevs is the data controller for personal data collected through this Site.

2. Personal data we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you submit the contact form on this Site, we collect:

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number, if you choose to provide it (optional)
The product you're interested in (if selected)
The message you write

We do not currently offer account creation, checkout, or payment processing on this Site, so we do not collect passwords, payment card details, or billing addresses here.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the contact form, our server also automatically records your IP address and browser user-agent string as part of standard request handling and anti-abuse checks (see Section 4 on reCAPTCHA below). If you consent to analytics cookies (Section 5), Google Analytics collects standard web-analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location (city/country level, derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site.

3. How we use your data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the data you submit through the contact form for advertising or profiling.

4. Who we share data with

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this Site. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf, under its own privacy terms:

Google (reCAPTCHA): every contact form submission is verified using Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyzes your interaction with the page (and, per Google's own policy, your IP address and browser data) to assess whether the submission is human. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Google (Analytics, via Google Tag Manager): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects the usage data described in Section 2.2. This only runs after you consent.
Google (Sheets): the contents of your contact form submission are recorded to a private, access-restricted Google Sheet for our internal lead tracking, using a Google service account we control. This sheet is not publicly accessible.
Hostinger (email delivery): your contact form submission is sent by email to our team, and an automatic acknowledgement is sent back to the email address you provided, using our email service provider Hostinger.

We do not share your personal data with any other third party, and we do not permit these providers to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This Site uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage:

Strictly necessary: a small entry in your browser's local storage records whether you've accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we don't ask again on every visit. This is required for the cookie banner itself to function and cannot be disabled.
Analytics (optional, consent-based): if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies (typically named _ga and similar) to distinguish visitors and measure usage. If you click "Decline," or take no action, these cookies are never set and no analytics data is collected about you.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for iidevs.com, which resets the banner so you can choose again. Most browsers also let you block cookies globally in their settings.

6. International data transfers

Because we use Google and Hostinger as service providers, some personal data may be processed on servers located outside the Philippines, including in the United States and the European Union. Where this happens, it is governed by those providers' own security and data protection commitments (including, for Google, standard contractual clauses where applicable).

7. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions (in our email records and internal lead-tracking sheet) for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and no longer than needed for that purpose unless we're required to keep it longer by law. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 8.

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained according to Google's own default retention settings for our account.

8. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:

Be informed that your personal data will be, are being, or have been processed
Access your personal data that we hold
Object to the processing of your personal data
Request correction of inaccurate or outdated personal data
Request erasure or blocking of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions
Data portability, where technically feasible
Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe your rights have been violated

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal) and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11 below. We'll respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

9. Data security

We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction — including transmitting the contact form over HTTPS, restricting access to our lead-tracking Google Sheet to a named service account and authorized team members, and using reCAPTCHA to reduce automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

This Site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
