These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use ofiidevs.com (this "Site"), operated by iiDevs, a custom software development company operated by llwso.com ("iiDevs," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

This Site is a marketing and informational website — it describes our services and products (LMS, llwERP, iiSocialmedia, and iiCall) and lets you contact us about them. It does not itself provide account login, checkout, or paid subscriptions. If you become a customer of one of our products, that product is governed by its own separate agreement (such as a service agreement, order form, or product-specific terms) provided to you at that time — these Terms cover use of this website, not the products themselves.

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names, the iiDevs name and mark, case studies, and the underlying design and code — are owned by iiDevs or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Product and company names, logos, and brands referenced on this Site that are not ours (for example, comparison pages referencing other vendors) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4. Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form, you're sending us an inquiry, and you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on either side — it starts a conversation. Any actual engagement for our services is governed by a separate written agreement we'd enter into with you directly.

5. Third-party links and services

Statistics, case-study results, and comparisons on this Site describe specific past engagements and are not a guarantee of results for any other engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iiDevs and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this Site — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
